So much of AI/ML is about the application and implementation. Opens up a world of questions for kids, parents and teachers and for me particular is “when?”
When is a good time to expose our kids (and to what)?
I think k an incredible equalizing endeavor would be to get these standardized test preps on a Khan Academy site. Very expensive and we, as a society, have got to be hanging a lot of our youthful talent out to dry.
Love the Podcast Kartik and always been a fan of Sal Khan…
In the debut episode of his podcast 'Creative Intelligence,' Wharton’s Kartik Hosanagar talks to Khan Academy founder Salman Khan about the impact of AI on education.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Khan Academy has embraced AI, using it to enhance personalized learning and support teachers with tasks like grading and lesson planning.
While AI raises concerns like overreliance and reduced skill development, Khan argues that its impact depends on user intent and proper classroom oversight.
As AI transforms the job market, both Khan and Hosanagar stress the importance of reskilling and fostering human-centered roles and community to maintain purpose and belonging.

Dhanyavaad, Sheo Ratan ji. Thanks for watching and engaging.
Great content, Kartik! I was just chatting with a friend about this last night and can't agree more on what skills matter in the new world.
